As a proudly Australian company, we ship our stock directly from Sydney, Australia. This makes us unique as most of our competitors ship from China.

Orders are shipped out within 48 hours upon ordering, however please note that we do not ship on weekends.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
When your item is shipped, our system will notify you via email which will also contain your tracking number.If you haven't received a tracking number after the 5 days, don't worry. Just reach out to us at sales@artfuladdict.com and we'll help you out!
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
There may be instances where delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. In the case of international orders, in most cases these delays are caused by international customs processing that are beyond our control.Please contact us if your order is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
