Refunds & Returns
Our Refunds & Returns policy is valid for 7 days from when the order was reported as delivered to the final destination.
Please understand that we cannot offer refunds for the following:
- Orders that have been reported as delivered more than 7 days ago
- A return of the product without prior agreement
- Change of mind
- Lost or stolen packages which have been reported as delivered
Items Damaged During Delivery
In cases where an item has been damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and send us pictures of the damaged item(s) along with your order details so we can help you!
We will always aim to replace any damaged items first at no cost to you. In the event a suitable replacement is unavailable a full refund will be issued to you.
Returns must be agreed to prior and a return address will be provided during the correspondence. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping & packing costs incurred.
All items must be in the original/resalable condition which is to be verified upon receipt. Once verified, a full refund will be issued to you.
Unfortunately we do not accept any exchange requests.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate further.
